Coordinates with senior leaders and Engineering to provide input into the design ensures successful implementation of modified and new equipment within the Distribution center. Leads Maintenance Technicians and Maintenance Area Managers trainings as required. Reviews maintenance budget estimates ensuring efficient usage of funds through eliminating poor repetitive purchases. Collaborates with Maintenance Area Managers and Maintenance Operations Managers to ensure optimization of capacity and service delivery. Coordinates incident response and resolution within the Distribution center.
