As an Environmental Restoration Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of meaningful projects, reviewing critical environmental plans, exploring field sites, documenting progress, and keeping essential programs running smoothly behind the scenes. From inspecting monitoring wells to supporting key environmental meetings, your work ensures accuracy, accountability, and forward momentum. As the Environmental Restoration Coordinator, here’s the impactful work you’ll do:
- Provide review and written updates to project documents and reports such as the Installation Action Plan, Remedial Action Reports, and Work Plans as required.
- Provide timely general escort services and field site reviews. Field site reviews may include such activities as, but are not limited to, assessing conditions such as inspecting monitoring wells; inspecting road or access conditions; taking photographs of sites or specific areas; and determining status, placement, or condition of equipment.
- Provide timely general project support, including but not limited to locating and copying of essential documents like maps or drawings, and filing of documents covered under this Performance Work Statement. Perform data entry and printing for associated reports.
- Attend DERP and FFA associated meetings upon request for the purpose of subject matter expertise, note taking, and other project needs as identified.
- Maintain the on-site Information Repository/DERP Library, the on-line Administrative Record/RAB website and maintain complete files for actions taken in performance of the DERP program.
- Provide support services to conduct mailings associated with the DERP. Also manage, update, and maintain selected mailing lists.
This role is for you if you have these skills:
- Ability to accurately complete written updates to documents and records.
- Ability to provide timely and accurate data entry for and/or printing of data base reports and spreadsheets.
- Demonstrate effective and diplomatic oral and written communication skills.
- Handling and protection of environmental data.
And if you have these qualifications:
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- Associate’s Degree (AA) Preferred.
- 2-3 years experience Required.
- Must possess a valid REAL ID-compliant drivers license, which includes the gold or black star in the upper corner, indicating it is federally compliant.
- Great attitude and team player.
- Successful completion of background screening process.
Candidates may be required to satisfy additional job-related requirements, including those established and controlled by third parties, as part of the selection process.
In compliance with this states pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $36,560 - $54,840. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
