The Scheduling Coordinator is expected to perform a variety of clerical and scheduling duties. The Scheduling Coordinator is expected to answer phones, schedule clients and CarePros and support other staff members with clerical tasks.

- You can pass a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, sex registry screen & drug screen.
- You have a valid driver’s license w/ valid auto insurance.
- You live in the Iowa City / Muscatine Area.
- You have significant organization & leadership skills!
HERE'S THE FULL-TIME SCHEDULE!
- Monday - Friday
- 8am-4pm
- On-Call Rotation
DAY-TO-DAY DUTIES…
- Answer incoming calls in a friendly, professional & knowledgeable manner.
- Create & maintain Client & Caregiver schedules. (create high quality matches)
- Ensure development of extraordinary relationships.
- Follow up with all Client & Caregiver schedule issues (ensure resolution).
- Enter & maintain accurate Client & CareProfessional records.
- Set up New Client schedules.
- Implement a strategy to ensure no hours of service go unstaffed.
- Recognize & capture opportunities to increase service hours.
- Cover shifts before other office staff if no Caregiver is available.
- Be a part of weekly on-call rotation.
- Participate as needed in all Caregiver meetings (i.e. in-service, CGNO)
- Assist in Caregiver retention.
- Occasional travel to Muscatine office.
