Which companies in Kansas sponsor visas for customer success operations roles?
Overland Park-based employers including Garmin, Cerner (now Oracle Health), and several enterprise SaaS companies have histories of H-1B sponsorship for operations-adjacent roles. Larger corporations with dedicated customer success platforms are more likely to sponsor than small regional businesses. Checking Department of Labor LCA disclosure data by employer name and Kansas work site is a reliable way to identify active sponsors.
Which visa types are most common for customer success operations roles in Kansas?
The H-1B is the most common visa for customer success operations professionals in Kansas, particularly when the role involves business process management, CRM systems administration, or data analytics requiring a bachelor's degree in a related field. The TN visa is an option for Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying business analyst or management consultant classifications. The O-1A applies in rare cases for candidates with demonstrated exceptional achievement.
Which cities in Kansas have the most customer success operations sponsorship jobs?
Overland Park and the broader Kansas City metro area account for the majority of customer success operations sponsorship activity in Kansas. The concentration of corporate headquarters, regional offices, and technology firms in Johnson County drives most of this demand. Wichita has some presence through manufacturing-adjacent operations and B2B software companies, but the Kansas City corridor is the primary hub for these roles.
How to find customer success operations visa sponsorship jobs in Kansas?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically for visa sponsorship eligibility, making it easier to identify Kansas-based customer success operations roles where employers are open to sponsoring international candidates. Rather than sorting through general postings, you can search directly for this role type within Kansas on Migrate Mate. Pairing that with DOL LCA data to confirm an employer's sponsorship history gives you a stronger picture before applying.
Are there any Kansas-specific considerations for customer success operations visa sponsorship?
Kansas follows federal prevailing wage requirements, so employers sponsoring H-1B workers in customer success operations must pay the DOL-determined wage for the specific occupational classification and Overland Park or Wichita work site. The University of Kansas and Kansas State University produce graduates in information systems and business who feed local pipelines, but international hires typically enter through employer-initiated petitions rather than campus recruitment pathways.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored customer success operations jobs in Kansas?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
