About the Role
Rx Savings Solutions (RxSS), part of McKesson's Prescription Technology Solutions segment, helps members, employers, and health plans lower medication costs, improve adherence, and navigate care. As RxSS scales toward a $150M revenue goal, this senior individual-contributor role operationalizes the company's Quality Management System (QMS) — covering clinical assurance, audit readiness, data integrity, and AI-enabled quality processes. This person carries formal governance authority to enforce quality standards, escalate risk, and recommend halting activities when compliance risk is present, and serves as the primary quality subject-matter expert to Operations, Product, Data, Clinical, and Technology teams.
- Operationalize and maintain the end-to-end QMS, including policies, procedures, controls, and documentation governance (e.g., via MasterControl or similar eQMS platforms)
- Validate clinical assumptions behind algorithms, savings logic, and client configurations to keep ROI claims evidence-based and auditable
- Execute audit preparation, coordination, and response across client, regulatory, and third-party audits using repeatable frameworks and playbooks
- Manage deviation, investigation, CAPA, and quality-event processes, driving root-cause analysis and systemic improvement
- Define, track, and report quality KPIs (defect rates, audit findings, SLA adherence, savings-validation coverage) through executive dashboards
- Use AI-enabled monitoring and trend analysis to flag anomalies and proactively address risk before it materializes
- Exercise governance authority to enforce quality standards across teams, escalating non-compliance and flagging risk directly to leadership
- Author and maintain SOPs, control frameworks, escalation protocols, and audit response playbooks
Basic Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in quality assurance, quality governance, audit, compliance, or regulated operations
- Hands-on experience operationalizing a Quality Management System (QMS), including authoring and maintaining policies, SOPs, controls, and documentation governance
- Experience executing audit preparation, coordination, and response across client, regulatory, or third-party audits
- Experience evaluating clinical or algorithmic risk and translating findings into business terms (ROI, compliance, client trust)
- Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional adoption of quality standards without direct authority
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Pharmacy, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Experience in PBM, healthcare technology, benefits administration, or regulated healthcare services
- Experience with AI governance frameworks, including validation, risk classification, and control design for AI-enabled workflows
- Knowledge of FDA, ICH, GMP, SOC, or related regulatory and compliance frameworks
- Professional quality certification (ASQ CQA, CQE, or equivalent)
- Familiarity with Salesforce, JIRA, Tableau, Databricks, or similar platforms used in quality reporting and workflow management
- Strong executive communication skills, with the ability to translate QA risk into business impact for senior leadership
- Experience leveraging AI, automation, and data-driven approaches to improve quality processes and predictive risk management
Travel & Work Environment
Remote work is supported. Occasional travel (estimated less than 10%) may be required for audits or client meetings. This role involves standard office physical requirements, including extended periods of computer use.

Which technology companies in Kansas sponsor E-3 visas?
Kansas has several technology employers with documented visa sponsorship histories. Oracle Health (formerly Cerner) in Kansas City is one of the larger health technology employers in the state and has sponsored work visas across software and engineering roles. Garmin, headquartered in Olathe, sponsors technology positions in embedded systems and software development. Smaller software firms and IT consultancies in Overland Park and Wichita also file E-3 visa applications, though less consistently than larger enterprises.
Which cities in Kansas have the most technology E-3 sponsorship jobs?
Overland Park and the broader Kansas City metro area, which straddles the Kansas-Missouri border, concentrate the majority of Kansas technology employment. Overland Park hosts numerous IT firms, financial technology companies, and regional tech offices. Olathe is notable for Garmin's headquarters. Wichita, while more aerospace-focused, has a growing software and IT services sector. Remote-eligible roles listed by Kansas-based employers also expand your options beyond any single city.
What types of technology roles typically qualify for E-3 sponsorship?
E-3 sponsorship requires the role to qualify as a specialty occupation, meaning it normally requires a bachelor's degree or higher in a specific technical field. Software engineering, systems analysis, data science, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, and IT project management consistently meet this standard. Roles that accept any bachelor's degree regardless of field, such as some general IT support positions, may not qualify. Your degree should align directly with the technical discipline the job requires.
How do I find technology E-3 sponsorship jobs in Kansas?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for this search. You can filter by E-3 visa type and the technology industry to surface Kansas employers actively advertising sponsorship-eligible roles. This is more targeted than general job searching because listings are curated for visa sponsorship context. Beyond the platform, researching Kansas employers with prior Labor Condition Application filings in software and IT disciplines can help you identify companies already familiar with the E-3 process before you apply.
Are there any Kansas-specific considerations for technology E-3 sponsorship?
Kansas does not impose state-level visa sponsorship requirements beyond federal E-3 obligations. However, the Kansas City metro's cross-border geography is worth understanding: many employers list addresses in Overland Park or Lenexa, Kansas, but operate teams across both Kansas and Missouri. Your E-3 Labor Condition Application is tied to your primary worksite, so confirm which state your physical work location falls in, particularly if the role involves split-site or hybrid arrangements.
What is the prevailing wage for E-3 technology jobs in Kansas?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
