- Consults / collaborates with physicians and other allied professionals.
- Determines if referrals are needed.
- Keep complete and accurate records in the patients chart.
- Assures that adequate patient health records are maintained and transferred as required when patients are referred.
- Participate in the development, execution and periodic review of the written policies governing the services the clinic furnishes.
- Participates with a physician in a periodic review of the patients’ health records.
- Complies with Hospital policies & procedures, as applicable.
- Complies with regulatory agency standards.
- Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
Job Requirements
- Medical Degree from an accredited medical school is required.
- Must have successfully completed a residency program.
- Two-plus years of experience in field of practice is preferred.
- Required Licensure and Certifications: Must be board certified and possess a current non-restricted license in Oregon. Must possess current, valid federal and state narcotics certificates. Current BLS and PALS certification required.
- Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Ability and willingness to demonstrate and maintain competency as required for job title and the unit/area(s) of assignment.
