ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2021 and has grown into a strong team of five professionals who share a passion for helping others and building lasting relationships. Before opening the agency, I spent two and a half years working for another State Farm agent, gaining firsthand experience in how to run a successful office. My background also includes several years in life insurance sales and advising, as well as a career in high school education where I helped students strengthen their reading and writing skills — an experience that taught me the value of patience, communication, and leadership.
We’re actively involved in our community, participating in local events throughout the year. I currently serve as Vice President of our city’s Main Street Committee, and our team regularly supports local initiatives such as clothing drives during the winter and sponsoring families at Christmas. Giving back is a core part of who we are.
We offer great benefits including a health stipend and license reimbursement, along with a supportive, growth-focused environment. Our office culture is centered around teamwork, learning, and positivity. We celebrate wins, learn from challenges, and focus on continuous improvement.
We’re looking for personable, motivated individuals who aren’t afraid to make mistakes, grow, and become an essential part of our winning team.

Which companies in Kentucky sponsor visas for account managers?
Louisville-based employers have the strongest sponsorship track records for account manager roles in Kentucky. Humana, one of the largest health insurance companies in the country, regularly files H-1B petitions for client-facing and account management positions. Other Kentucky employers with sponsorship histories include Kindred Healthcare, Tempur Sealy International, and logistics firms tied to the UPS Worldport hub at Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport.
What visa types are most common for account manager roles in Kentucky?
The H-1B is the most common visa category used for account manager positions in Kentucky, provided the role requires a specific bachelor's degree in a field like business, marketing, or communications. Australian citizens may qualify for the E-3 visa, which follows a similar process without a lottery. Canadian and Mexican nationals may pursue the TN visa under the USMCA for qualifying management and business roles.
How to find account manager visa sponsorship jobs in Kentucky?
Migrate Mate lets you filter account manager jobs specifically by visa sponsorship, so you can focus on Kentucky employers who have demonstrated willingness to sponsor. Rather than sifting through general job postings, Migrate Mate surfaces roles where sponsorship is part of the employer's hiring practice, which is particularly useful given that not all Kentucky companies actively pursue international candidates for account management positions.
Which cities in Kentucky have the most account manager sponsorship jobs?
Louisville accounts for the large majority of visa-sponsored account manager opportunities in Kentucky, driven by its healthcare sector, logistics infrastructure, and corporate headquarters presence. Lexington is a secondary market with activity in healthcare technology, manufacturing, and the horse industry. Smaller markets like Covington, which sits across the Ohio River from Cincinnati, occasionally surface roles tied to regional corporate operations.
Are there any Kentucky-specific considerations for account managers seeking visa sponsorship?
Kentucky's account manager market is heavily shaped by its healthcare and logistics industries, so candidates with experience in those sectors tend to have stronger sponsorship prospects. The University of Kentucky and University of Louisville produce business graduates who compete for the same roles, which means international candidates benefit from highlighting specialized industry knowledge. Employers must meet Department of Labor prevailing wage requirements for the Louisville or Lexington metropolitan area depending on where the role is based, which affects how positions are structured and advertised.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored account manager jobs in Kentucky?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
