Are there state-specific considerations for F-1 STEM OPT sponsorship in Louisiana's education sector?
Louisiana does not impose additional state-level visa sponsorship requirements beyond federal USCIS and DOL obligations, but education employers here must still meet E-Verify enrollment and prevailing wage standards under the STEM OPT rule.
