Hold a current Airframe and/or Powerplant Certificate. Have experience on aircraft or have other qualifications that will satisfy this requirement.

Perform all work in accordance with the RSQM, manufacturers’ technical data, the applicable FARs, or other acceptable data.

Execute all maintenance forms in conformity with maintenance instructions, taking care to sign all forms where his/her full signature is required.

Ensure that only approved materials, along with the correct equipment and serviceable tools are used.

Keep the Director of Maintenance advised of the status of all work in progress, and of any problems related thereto.

Keep the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and ensure that all safety instructions are complied with.
Qualifications

A&P certificate required.

2+ years aircraft maintenance experience preferred, or substantiated equivalent experience.

Strong mechanical abilities.

Must be highly motivated, detail-oriented, and organized, with the ability to multi-task.

Excellent communication skills.
