Summary:
The Residential Program Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the residential facilities, supervising and assisting staff in helping clients/residents work toward goals leading to independent community living.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred or extensive experience in the field.
- License/Certifications: MHRT-II or higher certification is preferred, or eligibility to receive MHRT-C Certification. Valid driver’s license and appropriate level of automobile liability insurance.
- Experience: 1+ years of supervisory experience preferred. 2+ years of experience working with the chronic mentally ill is required.
- Qualifies by DMHMR/SAS as “other qualified mental health professional.”
- Able to pass driving safety standards as set by the insurance company.

The pay range for this position is $66,123.20 to $89,481.60 per year.
