What You’ll Do:

Own the Enterprise Ecosystem: Evolve and lead the strategy for our global application stack (ERP, CRM, HRIS, and Data Platforms) to ensure global system harmonization.

Drive Digital Transformation: Identify and implement AI-powered automation opportunities to reduce manual processes and improve accuracy across GTM and Finance.

Architect Data Insights: Build modern data infrastructure and KPI frameworks that enable real-time, executive-level decision-making.

Lead Strategy & Governance: Define a multi-year IT roadmap that aligns technical infrastructure with Snyk’s long-term commercial business strategy.

Champion Operational Excellence: Oversee IT operations, infrastructure, and service desk while maintaining a robust, secure-by-design cybersecurity posture.

Mentor & Scale Teams: Build and lead high-performing global teams, serving as an expert coach to develop the next generation of technical leaders.

Influence Cross-Functionally: Partner with Finance, Sales, and Product to ensure technology accelerates growth and reduces system sprawl.
