- Track participation and evaluate training effectiveness
- Maintain training records and learning documentation
- Recommend improvements to learning programs and processes
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field preferred
- Experience in training, learning and development, or HR support
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent organizational and project coordination abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital learning tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
