Join Our Team as a Canvassing Representative / Direct Marketing Associate
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
Schedule:
7 hour shift
Day shift
Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
Canvassing Representative
Full Time – 40 hours Monday-Friday 12pm - 7pm Saturday as needed, due to weather.

This position is Opportunity Knocking. We are currently seeking Direct Marketing Associates in the Massachusetts and New Hampshire area. Renewal by Andersen, the full-service replacement window division of Andersen Corporation, united by the common goal of making a difference in the lives of our homeowners and the communities we serve. Do you have the ability to adapt to customer facing encounters with heart, resiliency, and dedication? Then Opportunity is Knocking for you to join our team.
Successful candidates can start earning at $20-$22 per hour with a potential bonus starting on average at $1000 biweekly commission, plus $1,000 per 4-week period (uncapped Bonus plan!). Your performance dictates your earning potential.
We’re looking for enthusiastic Canvassing Reps/Direct Marketing Associates to be the face of our brand in local communities. You’ll engage with homeowners, spark interest in our industry-leading products, and generate qualified leads through door-to-door outreach.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
Knock on doors and connect with homeowners to introduce Renewal by Andersen’s window and door solutions
Work independently in assigned neighborhoods using company tools to track leads and territory data
Represent our brand with professionalism, positivity, and product knowledge
Share ideas to improve canvassing strategies and customer engagement
* Attend team meetings and stay up to date on promotions and best practices
