ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Real Chemistry is seeking a Project Coordinator to support our Marketing & Communications team. This individual will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations, helping to implement new workflows, and ensuring projects move efficiently across internal stakeholders and capability areas.

Key Responsibilities

- Support end-to-end project coordination across marketing initiatives, including timeline management, task tracking, and stakeholder follow-ups
- Assist in building and maintaining project timelines, routing deliverables, and keeping projects on track in Workfront
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams (social, creative, events, tech, ESG, and awards) to ensure alignment and progress
- Help drive adoption of new processes and workflows as the team evolves its project management approach
- Take meeting notes, capture action items, and support overall team organization and communication
- Assist with content-related workflow support (e.g., social posts, marketing deliverables) and resource coordination

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience); recent graduates encouraged to apply
- Strong Communication & organizational skills and attention to detail
- Interest in healthcare marketing and communications
- Basic understanding of marketing channels (social, digital, email)
- Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work across diverse teams

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Internship or early experience in project coordination, marketing, or agency environments
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Workfront)

COMPENSATION

- Pay Range: $30-$34 per hour (depending on experience)

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Working with Real HART: Since the pandemic, we have adapted to how our people told us they want to work. We have office locations in cities in the US, UK, and Europe with many employees and clients that serve as hubs where and when they need us. For employees who are within an hour of one of our offices, we expect attendance in the office two days per week, either at a Real Chemistry office or onsite with clients. We are also actively opening new office locations, so if one opens near you, our Real HART policy will apply. We are not looking for attendance for the sake of attendance but believe that the opportunity to coordinate in-office team meetings, 1:1 meetings with managers, taking advantage of on-site learning, and connecting with client partners is critical to delivering on our purpose of making healthcare what it should be.
