Overview:
The Institute for Disability Research, Policy, and Practice (IDRPP) mission is to create communities where everyone can belong and contribute. We improve the lives of children and adults with disabilities and their families through sustainable innovation, collaborative research, responsive service, and interdisciplinary training and education. This coordinator position will assist with several IDRPP projects to support project management and data accuracy, as well as assist with curriculum development. The successful candidate will work with and report to multiple principal investigators at the IDRPP. They may train and direct hourly employees and graduate students.
This position is telework-eligible within the state of Utah.

This position is eligible for hybrid work within the state of Utah.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate the day-to-day aspects of multiple IDRPP research and evaluation projects, including timeline creation and adherence, task management, and meeting preparation and follow-up.
- Set up project management software (e.g., Asana, Monday, Slack) to track project progress over multiple sites and programs.
- Assist in writing, editing, and coordinating development of educational materials, training modules, and other informational materials.
- Coordinate training set up, registrations, and participant outreach (Zoom, Constant Contact).
- Create content for project websites.
- Assist in providing updates and information to project stakeholders and funders.
- Work with evaluators to collect and analyze data and check for data accuracy.
- Analyze problems and apply corrective action as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in psychology, disabilities studies, public health or related field plus two years’ experience coordinating programs or research.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Master’s degree in fields stated above; or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
