Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), you'll perform specific patient care duties, provide valuable input for care planning, and respond to emergent situations. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Completion of a Nurse Assistant program (e.g., Patient Care Technician or Patient Assistant Technician) OR currently enrolled in a nursing program with successful completion of Fundamentals of Nursing OR foreign trained and licensed RN without a Michigan RN license OR Medical Assistant program with or without experience OR at least one (1) year of previous experience in a similar role.
- Complete BLS Heart Saver Certification during orientation.
Preferred Qualifications
- CNA certification preferred.
