EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's degree in public health or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Three years of work experience in public health or related field, including experience in community-based collaboration.
- Experience with grant management and reporting.
- Experience collecting and analyzing data.
- Expert competency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Access, Word, Outlook.
- Expert competency in data collection, analysis, management and reporting systems.
- Expert competency in creating data reporting tools for diverse stakeholder groups.
- Experience applying critical thinking and excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and project deadlines.
- Demonstrate professional, appropriate, effective verbal and written communication skills and teaching ability.
- Experience in planning, development, and implementation of sound process improvement solutions and participation in implementation of change.
- Experience self-directing in a challenging and ambiguous environment.
