POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a driven and dynamic Certified Personal Training Manager to oversee the daily operations of our personal training program. This role is responsible for leading and developing trainers, ensuring performance goals are met, and upholding brand standards.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- MUST hold a nationally accredited Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent)
- CPR/AED certification
- MUST have at least 2 years of Personal Training Experience
- MUST be available to work including mornings, evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays
- Full-time: Monday–Friday, 12:30 PM – 4:30 PM
- Competitive pay structure: base salary + bonus opportunity & commission
- Guaranteed minimum salary for the first 60 days.
Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage the personal training team.
- Oversee PT systems, revenue performance, and member satisfaction.
- Develop and manage weekly schedules; ensure accurate Time & Labor records.
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to review performance and provide guidance.
- Support Membership Counselors with fitness and supplementation presentations to drive retention.
- Deliver personal training services, including customized fitness programs, nutrition guidance, and lifestyle coaching.
- Build and maintain your own client base through consultations, kickoffs, and training sessions.
