Reports to: Regional Youth Director / Club Manager
Status: Hourly (30+ hours/week) | Benefits Eligible

What You’ll Do
Kids Club Leadership
- Lead with Purpose, Values, and Tools to inspire your team daily
- Create a fun, high-energy, welcoming environment for kids and families
- Own the Kids Club experience and resolve member concerns with care
- Train, coach, and develop staff on operations, engagement, and expectations
- Recruit, hire, onboard, and schedule team members to maintain coverage
- Execute and grow programs like Kids Fit, Camps, Parents’ Night Out, and events
- Monitor reports, check-ins, and usage to drive engagement
- Ensure safety, cleanliness, organization, and brand standards
- Maintain compliance with waivers, child info, and allergy alerts
- Work a mix of opening, evening, and weekend shifts
Mighty Camp Leadership
- Partner with leadership to improve camp experience, enrollment, and operations
- Execute Mighty Camp frameworks to drive financial success and satisfaction
- Ensure safety, engagement, and on-brand programming
- Support staff training and ongoing development
- Track performance to deliver an A+ camp experience
- Maintain organization, staffing, and licensing compliance

Requirements
- 18+ with high school diploma (or equivalent)
- 1+ year of post-high school experience
- CPR, First Aid, and BPT certifications (infant, child, adult)
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook
- Reliable transportation and flexible schedule
- Ability to stay active throughout shifts
