Which staffing companies in Minnesota sponsor TN visas?
Large national staffing firms with Minnesota offices, including Adecco, Manpower, and Aerotek, have filed TN visa sponsorships for qualifying roles. Regional firms concentrated in the Twin Cities metro are also active sponsors. Sponsorship willingness varies by firm and role type, so researching individual employers through public Labor Condition Application disclosure data gives a clearer picture of actual sponsorship history.
Which cities in Minnesota have the most staffing TN sponsorship jobs?
The Minneapolis-St. Paul metro accounts for the majority of staffing TN sponsorship activity in Minnesota, given its concentration of corporate headquarters, healthcare systems, and technology employers that drive demand for staffing services. Rochester is a secondary hub, largely tied to Mayo Clinic's extensive staffing needs. Duluth and St. Cloud see smaller but consistent demand, particularly in light industrial and healthcare staffing.
What types of staffing roles typically qualify for TN sponsorship in Minnesota?
TN status is limited to specific USMCA occupational categories, so not every staffing role qualifies. Positions commonly placed through staffing firms that align with TN categories include management consultant, engineer, computer systems analyst, accountant, and scientific roles. Roles must require a relevant bachelor's degree or higher. General administrative, light industrial, or non-degree staffing placements typically do not meet TN specialty occupation requirements.
How do I find staffing TN sponsorship jobs in Minnesota?
Migrate Mate lists staffing jobs in Minnesota that offer TN visa sponsorship, letting you filter specifically by visa type and state rather than sorting through postings where sponsorship status is unclear. Minnesota's staffing sector is active across the Twin Cities, Rochester, and Duluth, so filtering by location on Migrate Mate helps you target roles where TN-sponsoring employers are actually hiring.
Are there any Minnesota-specific considerations for TN sponsorship in the staffing industry?
Minnesota's staffing industry is heavily shaped by its healthcare and medical device sectors, meaning many sponsored TN roles are tied to organizations like Mayo Clinic, Fairview Health, and Medtronic's supply chain. TN sponsorship in staffing arrangements can involve the staffing agency as the petitioning employer or the end-client, and the employment relationship structure affects how sponsorship documentation is prepared. Consulting a qualified immigration attorney clarifies which entity should sponsor in a given placement.
