- Associate degree in Electrical Technology, Mechanical Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in electrical, mechanical, testing, or manufacturing environments.
- Ability to analyze data, perform calculations, and document results accurately.
- Experience using laboratory, testing, or diagnostic equipment.
- Strong communication skills in written and spoken English.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
