Responsibilities:
- Perform daily yard safety monitoring and equipment inspections.
- Ensure safe handling, storage, and loading of ESS containers.
- Manage DOT/OSHA compliance and maintain updated safety processes.
- Lead safety orientations, monthly training, and toolbox meetings.
- Respond to incidents, conduct investigations, and recommend improvements.
- Oversee PPE usage and safety gear inventory.
- Conduct regular safety audits and maintain compliance records.
- Partner with operations, dispatch, and drivers to support safe workflows.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in safety, Compliance, Logistics, or Yard operations required.
- Knowledge of OSHA & DOT regulations.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Comfortable working outdoors in an unpaved yard environment.
- Professional working proficiency in both Korean and Spanish.
The base salary range for this role is between $50,000-$65,000 yearly, and your base salary will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.
