Which companies sponsor visas for partnerships managers in Nebraska?
In Nebraska, employers with documented visa sponsorship activity for business development and partnerships roles include Hudl, Union Pacific, Mutual of Omaha, and First Data (now Fiserv). Omaha-based technology and financial services firms represent the most active sponsoring segment. Agribusiness companies with partner-facing roles, such as those linked to the Omaha corporate corridor, also appear in federal Labor Condition Application filings for similar positions.
Which visa types are most common for partnerships manager roles in Nebraska?
The H-1B is the most common visa category for partnerships manager roles in Nebraska, provided the position requires a specialized degree, typically in business, marketing, or a related field. L-1B visas apply when a candidate is transferring within a multinational company in a knowledge-based capacity. O-1A visas are an option for candidates with demonstrated extraordinary achievement in business development or partner strategy, though they require substantial documentation.
Which cities in Nebraska have the most partnerships manager sponsorship jobs?
Omaha accounts for the large majority of partnerships manager sponsorship activity in Nebraska, driven by its concentration of financial services, insurance, logistics, and technology employers. Lincoln is a secondary market, with some sponsorship opportunities connected to its university-adjacent tech ecosystem and state government contractors. Outside these two cities, partnerships manager roles with visa sponsorship are uncommon in Nebraska.
How to find partnerships manager visa sponsorship jobs in Nebraska?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically by visa sponsorship eligibility, making it straightforward to find partnerships manager openings in Nebraska without sorting through roles that won't consider international candidates. You can narrow results by state and job function to surface active listings from Nebraska employers. Migrate Mate is built for international job seekers, so the listings are pre-screened for sponsorship relevance rather than requiring you to investigate each employer individually.
Are there state-specific factors that affect partnerships manager visa sponsorship in Nebraska?
Nebraska's lower cost of living relative to coastal tech hubs means prevailing wage requirements for partnerships manager roles are set accordingly under Department of Labor guidelines, which can make sponsorship more financially straightforward for employers. The University of Nebraska system produces a pipeline of business graduates, and some employers in Lincoln and Omaha are accustomed to sponsoring talent from those programs. Nebraska has no state-level immigration restrictions that affect employer sponsorship decisions beyond federal requirements.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored partnerships manager jobs in Nebraska?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
