Which companies sponsor visas for customer program managers in New Hampshire?
Defense and technology contractors are among the most active sponsors for customer program manager roles in New Hampshire. BAE Systems in Nashua regularly hires program management professionals and has a documented history of H-1B sponsorship. Healthcare technology firms and software companies based in Manchester also sponsor this role. Larger employers with established legal and HR infrastructure are generally better positioned to manage sponsorship than smaller regional firms.
Which visa types are most common for customer program manager roles in New Hampshire?
The H-1B is the most frequently used visa category for customer program managers in New Hampshire, provided the role requires at least a bachelor's degree in a specific specialty field such as business administration, information technology, or a related discipline. Candidates with Canadian or Mexican citizenship may qualify for the TN visa under the NAFTA-successor agreement, which covers management consultants and certain related categories. L-1A transfers are another pathway for managers relocating from a foreign affiliated office.
Which cities in New Hampshire have the most customer program manager sponsorship jobs?
Manchester and Nashua account for the majority of customer program manager sponsorship activity in New Hampshire. Manchester serves as the state's commercial hub, with a concentration of technology, financial services, and healthcare employers. Nashua, located near the Massachusetts border, benefits from proximity to the greater Boston market and hosts a significant defense and advanced manufacturing cluster. Concord, as the state capital, offers additional public sector and government contracting opportunities.
How to find customer program manager visa sponsorship jobs in New Hampshire?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for international candidates seeking visa sponsorship roles in the United States, including customer program manager positions in New Hampshire. You can filter by state and role to see active listings from employers who have indicated sponsorship availability. Because New Hampshire's market is smaller than neighboring Massachusetts, setting alerts and checking regularly on Migrate Mate will help you catch new postings from the Manchester and Nashua corridors as they appear.
Are there state-specific considerations for customer program managers pursuing sponsorship in New Hampshire?
New Hampshire has no state income tax on wages, which affects how employers structure compensation packages and may influence prevailing wage calculations when filing Labor Condition Applications for H-1B petitions. The state's relatively small professional market means fewer open positions compared to Massachusetts, so candidates should be prepared for a longer search. New Hampshire also lacks a major research university pipeline of the scale seen in Boston, so most sponsored hires are experienced professionals rather than recent graduates.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored customer program manager jobs in New Hampshire?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
