- Maintain the general ledger and prepare journal entries.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close activities.
- Support cash flow tracking and reporting.
- Prepare financial and accounting reports for management.
- Serve as backup for payroll processing and related documentation.
- Maintain accurate vendor, customer, and employee records.
- Assist with job cost tracking and project-related accounting activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
