The Director of Accounting and Finance position based in Iselin, New Jersey will be responsible for the direct management of several key financial accounting and reporting functions including planning and forecasting. In this role, you will regularly review company’s financial transactions, sales contracts and business processes and internal controls. You will establish relationships with vertical managers and develop financial models to assist in future planning and analysis. Understanding of web business and revenue streams, digital transactional accounting (CPA, CPL, ARPO) is important.

- Working for the Controller, direct the day-to-day processing of financial transactions to ensure that the company’s finances and related financial systems are maintained in an accurate manner
- Provides direct management to staff and ensures accounting duties including month end close and account reconciliations are performed accurately and timely
- Strong experience in digital sectors and tools to improve accounting process flows. Focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices
- Interface with all verticals to communicate and execute budgeting & forecasting deliverables including any and all decision support
- Oversee all audits of company’s financials
- Recommends, develops, and implements new processes to continually improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the department
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and special projects as required
