About the Role:
The Market Access Project & Integration Lead will support the US Vaccines Market Access organization to deliver on enterprise strategy through clear prioritization, cross-functional alignment, and disciplined execution, reporting directly to the Head of Market Access.
You will serve as the central point of coordination for newly aligned and strategic projects as assigned, ensuring they are effectively translated, prioritized, and activated within the Market Access organization. You will help set the strategic roadmap for the team and oversee prioritizing topics for leadership, assume responsibility on behalf of leadership for advancing key initiatives, and prioritize establishing strong internal cross-functional partnerships to drive better outcomes and impact for the Market Access organization.

Main Responsibilities
- Act as an extension of the Head of Market Access, Vaccines across various forums
- Driving strategic clarity and alignment across the Market Access organization including ownership of priorities, updates and changes.
- Facilitate the needed translation of enterprise and market access strategy into clear direction within the Market access and Vaccines Commercial organization.

- Ensure alignment between Market Access, Sales, Marketing, Medical, and other key functions
- Performing as the single point of ownership for onboarding and integrating new initiatives into Market Access
- Driving focus, prioritization, and execution discipline across competing priorities
Resource alignment and changes
- Translating and aligning enterprise strategy into clear Market Access priorities and actions
- Serving as the agenda-setting filter to ensure focus on highest-impact initiatives
- Ensuring Market Access strategies are clearly translated and actionable for the commercial organization
- Acting as Market Access Project Lead for all new strategic initiatives and pilots: credit card project, Vaxcare model
- Assessing, prioritizing, and integrating new projects into the Market Access organization
- Ensuring all new initiatives are clearly defined, appropriately resourced, and sequenced effectively
- Monitoring and reporting Progress while removing barriers to execution
- Ensuring Market Access priorities are understood and supported enterprise-wide
- Supporting the development of leadership agendas, business updates, and strategic communications
- Driving clarity and consistency in how priorities are communicated to the Market Access and larger Vaccines Commercial organization
- Ensuring decisions are aligned, documented, and executed
- Synthesizing field insights, market dynamics, and competitive intelligence
- Identifying risks, gaps, and emerging opportunities within the organization.
- Ensuring leadership has clear, actionable insights to guide decisions
About You
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required, Advanced Degree Preferred
- 7 years of experience in life sciences, management consulting, commercial, financial services, engineering
- Strong understanding of health system dynamics and portfolio selling environments
- Demonstrated ability to operate across a complex matrix organization
- Proven ability to translate strategy into clear, actionable direction
- Strong prioritization, planning, and execution skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
