Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to design solution architecture for cross-system interactions and business logic integration, ensuring seamless interoperability across multiple applications.

Area of Responsibility

• Requirement Analysis - Participate in requirement discussions with client stakeholders to define solution and implementation level needs basis the business requirements.

• Designing - Create solution architecture designs to meet cross-system interactions and business logic integration requirements, ensuring system cohesion across multiple applications.

• Integration assessment and support - Assess and evaluate interactions across multiple applications by evaluating implementation dependencies and integration requirements.

• Troubleshooting - Support validation of solution components during implementation and ensures the solution functions as designed.

• Risk Analysis and Assessment - Assist in identifying potential risks by evaluating system performance of implemented architectural solutions, to ensure efficient system landscape.

• Responsible for planning and executing Application Development project, delivery, contract & commercials, hiring, Customer satisfaction and governance.

• Responsible for Program P&L operating margin, meeting other organization operation parameters; delivery led growth.

• Responsible for bring standardization in the AD process and documents.

• Conduct business review meeting with executive leadership team, align strategic planning and execution to meet the customer need.

• Provide solutions to Customer’s problems and business needs through problem solving approaches and right solution.

• Bringing ideas into the team to further enhance the technology platform and portfolio of applications.

• Provide insights to account team on opportunities and partner with them to develop new business opportunities.

• Performance Management of the team and competency development to meet the business needs.

• Responsible for Team performance assessment, goal setting, promotion, salary increment and bonus.

• Direct, guide and mentor the team to align them to meet business strategy and changes happens at both my and Customer organization to meet goals and objectives.

• Review project performance, metrics, continuous improvement progress and provide feedback and suggestion for improvements.

Mandatory Skills: Data Governance.

Experience: 8-10 Years.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000.

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
