KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of customer accounts while building long-term business relationships.
- Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, networking, and market development activities.
- Increase customer retention, product penetration, sales volume, and profitability within assigned accounts.
- Conduct regular customer visits to understand evolving needs and provide solutions that create value.
- Present products, promotions, and recommendations that help customers achieve their business objectives.
- Analyze sales trends, growth opportunities, and competitor activity within the territory.
- Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing within company guidelines, and successfully close sales opportunities.
- Partner with operations, customer service, and logistics teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Consistently achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and sales activities.
- Represent Prime Meats professionally while upholding the company's mission, values, and standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years of sales experience required.
- Food industry experience preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Business-minded professional with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organization, time management, and results-driven mindset.
