The Real Estate Intern is a motivated and detail-oriented individual that will support our team with market research, administrative coordination, property data management, and project support. This internship is designed to provide hands-on exposure to the real estate industry, including property operations, support, and basic financial analysis.
Hours Per Week
- 29 to 40 hours weekly
Main Tasks
- Maintain accurate records in spreadsheets, databases, and customer relationship management systems
- Support the team with document organization, file management, and contract tracking
- Help prepare reports, lease summaries, and basic financial analyses
- Coordinate meetings and internal follow-ups
- Assist with property inspections, site visits, and project tracking as needed
- Communicate with internal team members, vendors, or clients under supervision
- Perform some administrative tasks
