Overview:
This role is at Spirit AeroSystems, Inc. a wholly owned subsidiary of The Boeing Company, supporting Spirit’s Commercial Business Units (“Spirit Commercial”). Spirit Commercial designs and builds commercial aerostructures, including for Boeing Commercial Airplanes, one of Boeing’s three business units and the premier manufacturer of commercial jetliners for decades. Spirit Commercial’s core products include fuselages, pylons, nacelles and wing components, with a focus on innovative composite and aluminum manufacturing solutions.
Responsibilities:
Position Responsibilities:
- Analyzes, plans, and controls the inventory levels, schedules and allocations of manufactured, purchased, and furnished materials.
- Analyzes and integrates bills of material, master schedules, and resources to determine demand.
- Authorizes acquisition or manufacture of products to satisfy demand and dispose of residual materials.
- Coordinates with customers, suppliers, and manufacturing to monitor and maintain lead time and schedules.
- Develop and implement strategies and methodologies within ordering policy.
Basic Qualifications:
- 6-9 years of experience in aerospace and/or manufacturing
- High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred not required. Industry experience a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Basic familiarity with SAP is advantageous
- Hire level determined by related experience

Summary Pay Range: $68,150 – $104,500
