Which companies sponsor visas for revenue managers in Oklahoma?
Hospitality groups with Oklahoma City and Tulsa properties, including Hilton and Marriott-affiliated management companies, have filed H-1B petitions for revenue manager roles. Energy sector firms and healthcare systems headquartered in Oklahoma also sponsor this position periodically. Sponsorship is not universal across employers, so identifying companies with a documented history of H-1B filings is the most reliable starting point.
Which visa types are most common for revenue manager roles in Oklahoma?
The H-1B is the most common visa for revenue managers in Oklahoma, as the role typically requires a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field and qualifies as a specialty occupation. Candidates with an existing L-1 transfer or O-1 may have alternative paths, but most employer-sponsored revenue manager hires in Oklahoma proceed through the H-1B cap or cap-exempt routes.
Which cities in Oklahoma have the most revenue manager sponsorship jobs?
Oklahoma City and Tulsa account for the majority of revenue manager sponsorship opportunities in the state. Oklahoma City's expanding hospitality corridor and healthcare sector drive demand, while Tulsa's energy industry and growing commercial real estate market generate additional openings. Outside these two metros, sponsorship opportunities for revenue managers are considerably more limited.
How to find revenue manager visa sponsorship jobs in Oklahoma?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically by visa sponsorship eligibility, making it straightforward to identify revenue manager roles in Oklahoma where employers are open to sponsoring international candidates. Rather than sorting through general job boards, Migrate Mate surfaces positions from companies with sponsorship track records, saving significant time for candidates who need confirmed sponsorship to accept an offer.
What should revenue managers know about prevailing wage and industry context in Oklahoma?
H-1B employers in Oklahoma must pay the Department of Labor prevailing wage for revenue manager roles, which is benchmarked to local market rates rather than national figures. Oklahoma's lower cost of living means prevailing wages here are typically set below major metro markets, which can affect offer competitiveness. Candidates from hospitality management or analytics programs at Oklahoma State University and the University of Oklahoma occasionally enter this pipeline locally.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored revenue manager jobs in Oklahoma?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
