Which agriculture companies sponsor TN visas in Pennsylvania?
Pennsylvania employers known for international hiring in agriculture and food production include Hain Celestial, Campbell Soup Company (which operates significant processing facilities in the state), and various large-scale mushroom growers concentrated in Chester County. Dairy cooperatives in Lancaster County also periodically sponsor TN visa workers in agronomy and animal science roles. Sponsorship availability depends on the specific role and the employer's current hiring needs.
Which cities in Pennsylvania have the most agriculture TN sponsorship jobs?
Lancaster and Chester counties generate the most agriculture-related TN opportunities in Pennsylvania. Lancaster is the heart of the state's dairy and crop farming operations, while Chester County around Kennett Square hosts the country's largest mushroom-growing industry. Lebanon County has food processing activity, and the broader Harrisburg metro connects agricultural employers with professional talent in agronomy, food science, and supply chain roles.
What types of agriculture roles typically qualify for TN sponsorship in Pennsylvania?
TN visa eligibility in agriculture is limited to roles that qualify as specialty occupations under the TN category, such as agronomist, agricultural scientist, food technologist, and animal scientist. These positions generally require at least a bachelor's degree in a directly related field. General farm labor, equipment operation, and most production-floor roles do not qualify. Pennsylvania employers most commonly sponsor TN workers for research, quality assurance, and technical management positions.
How do I find agriculture TN sponsorship jobs in Pennsylvania?
Migrate Mate is the most direct way to find agriculture TN sponsorship jobs in Pennsylvania. The platform filters specifically for TN-eligible roles with employers who have indicated sponsorship willingness, saving time compared to searching general job boards. Focus your search on food science, agronomy, and agricultural management titles in Lancaster, Chester, and Lebanon counties, where Pennsylvania's agriculture industry is most concentrated and TN-qualified roles appear most frequently.
Are there any Pennsylvania-specific considerations for TN sponsorship in agriculture?
Pennsylvania's agriculture industry is heavily concentrated in specific counties, so job seekers should target employers in those regions rather than searching statewide broadly. The state's mushroom industry in Chester County and dairy sector in Lancaster County are among the most internationally active for professional hiring. Canadian citizens apply for TN status directly at a port of entry, while Mexican citizens require consular processing, which adds lead time when planning a start date with a Pennsylvania employer.
