This position involves a combination of office-based technical work and field activities, typically approximately 70% office and 30% field or travel, depending on project and departmental needs.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage complex environmental compliance projects across air, water, and waste programs from scoping through closeout

- Clean Air Act (CAA) – Air permitting (Title V, NSR/PSD), emissions standards, MACT, NAAQS compliance
- Clean Water Act (CWA) – NPDES permitting, stormwater (construction/industrial), wetlands (Section 404/401), SPCC
- Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) – Hazardous waste generation, storage, treatment, disposal (cradle-to-grave)
- 7-15+ years of relevant professional experience performing environmental technical work within a consulting, industry, or regulatory setting
- Experience supporting other environmental compliance, permitting, monitoring, assessment, or related activities
