Job Description
Role and Responsibilities
- Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, schematic diagrams, or formulas
- Select products for tests at specified stages in production process
- Test products for qualities such as dimensions, performance, or mechanical characteristics
- Record test data observe in-process operations to ensure compliance with customer specifications
- Assembling products and parts
- Following production guidelines and specifications
- Finalizing and packaging products for shipment
- Monitoring the assembly line and removing faulty products
- Reporting any issues to the team leader or supervisor on duty
Skills: manufacturing quality, quality analyst, Quality inspector, maintenance, blueprint reading, schematic reading
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Perform visual inspection of finished goods to ensure compliance with customer specifications
- Calibrate lab equipment to conform to legal and manufacturing requirements
- Observe in-process operations to ensure compliance with customer specifications for manufacturing such as pre-heating pipe, hydro testing, and roundness
