We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Electrical / Electronics Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical and electronic equipment design, Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) design, testing, and troubleshooting.
The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge and practical experience in developing, maintaining, and improving electronic equipment and PCB assemblies used in manufacturing and production environments.
This position requires excellent problem-solving skills, independent troubleshooting capabilities, and the ability to support engineering projects from initial design through production implementation.
Responsibilities
- Adhere to company policies, procedure
- Maintain the highest standards for quality workmanship, Safety and Housekeeping
- Manage Test department, including personnel priority according to production schedule
- Responsible for the product test instruction, processes including signoff and train personnel
- Develop engineering test procedures, troubleshooting guides, and maintenance documentation.
- Maintain electrical schematics, PCB design files, and technical specifications
- Program and debug In-Circuit Tester/s and Functional Testers
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex equipment and PCBA failures efficiently.
- Provide effective technical support to manufacturing operations.
- Support equipment installation, commissioning, testing, and validation.
- Create electronic schematics, PCB layouts, and Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Perform component selection, circuit analysis, and design verification.
- Troubleshoot PCBA issues and implement engineering improvements.
- Support prototype testing, debugging, and product validation.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, electronic, and PCBA failures.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent corrective actions.
Qualification & Requirements:
BS/BA degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
Must have minimum 7 years' experience in Test Engineering and Test Development
Experience with PCB design software such as Altium Designer, OrCAD, KiCad, or equivalent.
Must have experience of reading and understanding electronic schematic and diagram
Must have experience of hand solder and replace electronic components
Proficient in MS Office and ERP software
