- Coordinate engineering, construction, operations, and vendors to resolve issues that could delay site readiness.
- Establish clear milestones, owners, and escalation paths, then keep leadership informed of risks and decisions needed.
- Spend approximately 40–50% of your time traveling to data center sites to assess conditions and drive progress.

- Sound judgment in identifying critical blockers, setting priorities, and escalating issues with practical options for resolution.
- Ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-moving environment where site conditions and delivery plans can change quickly.
- Clear communication with frontline teams and senior leaders, including concise reporting on readiness, risks, and recovery plans.
