- High energy, self-motivated, and comfortable driving results independently across multiple locations
- Strong ability to analyze sales performance data and translate it into clear action plans
- Experience working cross-functionally with HR, operations, and local leadership
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; effective one-on-one and in front of a room
- Comfortable with travel across regional locations

How to find consulting visa sponsorship jobs in Utah?
Use Migrate Mate to search specifically for consulting positions in Utah that offer visa sponsorship. Filter by consulting subcategories like management consulting, IT consulting, or strategy consulting, and focus on Salt Lake City and Provo where most opportunities exist. Many Utah consulting firms don't advertise visa sponsorship prominently but will consider strong candidates.
Which visa types are most common for consulting roles in Utah?

What is the prevailing wage for sponsored consulting jobs in Utah?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
