AM Bell Attendant
To provide prompt, courteous service to guests and familiarize all incoming guests to the Chateaux. Establish high standards of conduct to maintain a professional image to our guests. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time and lift at least 50lbs. Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Essential Functions:
- Welcome guests sincerely
- Be fully aware of daily functions in the hotel. Knowledgeable of surrounding area’s attractions and points of interests.
- Assist guests at check-in and checkout. Tag, store, and distribute baggage.
- Orient guests to the Chateaux and facilities.
- Show rooms and property to visitors.
- Delivery of items such as messages, packages, and flowers to the rooms as needed.
- Maintain a clean, neat, and professional work area
- Demonstrate an outgoing and pleasant attitude with all the guests and employees.
- Take all necessary measures to help the guests and fellow employees.
Education, Experience, and skills required:
- High school diploma preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Has an enthusiastic willingness to work together with a team.
- Ability to work flexible hours (days, evenings, weekends, and holidays).
- Valid Driver’s License with clean driving history.
