ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Restaurant Supervisor - Lead the Experience Onboard!
Are you a hospitality leader who loves creating memorable guest experiences? Join our team as a Restaurant Supervisor and help lead our front-of-house crew aboard our scenic passenger vessel. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences while supporting a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for guests and team members.
Schedule: Shifts include nights, weekends, and holidays based on business demands. Schedule variations will be communicated in advance.
- Lead, coach, and support front-of-house staff to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Oversee food and beverage service while maintaining quality and guest satisfaction standards.
- Train and develop team members on exceptional service, cleanliness, and safety practices.
- Monitor sales, inventory, guest feedback, and operational performance.
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and ensure a positive experience.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
- Partner with management to improve service, performance, and profitability.
- Assist with recruiting and onboarding new team members.
- Support daily cruise execution and complete additional duties as assigned.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; hospitality-related degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of guest service supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
- SERV Safe and TIPS certifications preferred/required for the role.
- Experience with POS systems and restaurant technology.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic hospitality environment.
- Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts.
