- Deliver rigorous, standards-aligned science instruction that emphasizes conceptual understanding, problem-solving, and real-world application
- Drive measurable academic gains by analyzing scholar work and data, then implementing high-impact instructional strategies
- Build strong, authentic relationships with scholars and families to foster investment in both culture and achievement
- Design and implement assessments that accurately measure progress toward mastery of standards
- Continuously refine your practice using data to adjust instruction and close learning gaps
- Collaborate with grade-level and content teams to align instruction, share best practices, and improve outcomes
- Contribute to a high-performing team through curriculum development, planning, and school-wide initiatives
- Serve as an advisor, mentoring a small group of scholars and supporting their academic and personal growth
