About the Team
DoorDash Drive is our rapidly scaling fulfillment platform serving restaurants, grocers, retailers, and CPGs on a global scale. We are a highly entrepreneurial group, constantly identifying the largest pain points across our partners and building differentiated solutions powered by our logistics network and the flywheel connecting Dashers, Merchants, and Customers. Beyond our core restaurant business, we're also placing bets on new lines of business that leverage DoorDash's unique data and delivery capabilities.
About the Role
We are looking for someone who is passionate about building new business lines and scaling partnerships to join our Strategy & Operations team. You will be responsible for growing our CPG partnerships and go-to-market strategy, working with some of the world's largest consumer brands to unlock new ways they can leverage DoorDash's platform and marketplace insights to drive value across their business.
This role will own the growth, profitability, and strategic roadmap for our CPG offering. We are looking for a highly motivated first-principles thinker with a deep sense of ownership, someone who can move fluidly between building partner-facing narratives and diving into the details to identify the next big product offering opportunity. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Strategy & Operations, you will work closely with product, engineering, business development, and other cross-functional partners to turn early-stage bets into scalable businesses.
You're excited about this opportunity because you will…
- Own & Strategize: You will own your business segment end-to-end, defining and executing strategies to drive growth and adoption of key initiatives. You will set direction for both near-term impact and long-term success, shaping how we invest and scale over time.
- Build & Innovate: You will lead 01 initiatives and develop new growth opportunities, partnering with Product to define our roadmap through a combination of data-driven insights and partner feedback.
- Operate & Execute: You will get to the lowest level of detail to drive execution against your strategy, working cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Sales, and Engineering to bring initiatives to life and scale impact.
- Lead Partner Relationships: You will serve as a key point of contact for strategic partners, building strong relationships and partnering closely to grow their business and inform our approach.
We're excited about you because…
- You have an extreme sense of ownership. You display extreme ownership for the products and business lines that you are responsible for. You never shy away from raising your hand to solve ambiguous problems and are able to motivate and empower your teammates to go above and beyond.
- You act with urgency. Speed excites you. You prefer an accomplishment today to an accomplishment tomorrow.
- You're a builder. You enjoy building from the ground up and excel in creating structure and process.
- You're an analytical powerhouse. You let data win arguments, and you're comfortable pulling your own data in SQL and modeling in Excel.
- You thrive with a diverse set of responsibilities. You love working across a breadth of disciplines and teams.
- You solve problems from first principles. You're excited to solve problems in innovative ways, and you resist "this is how it's always been done" thinking.
- You're even-keeled. You thrive under pressure and maintain a sense of calm when faced with challenging and time-sensitive obstacles.
- You're persuasive. You are an effective communicator, speaking as if you're right and listening as if you're wrong. You meet people on their level.
- You don't need a guide. You dive into difficult problems and come up with a plan.
- You have 4-6 years of experience. You've succeeded in a competitive, challenging environment.
Bonus Points
- You have experience working with CPGs.
- You have experience scaling both logistics and software offerings.
- You have experience in managing or supporting a complex P&L.
- You have experience in the tech industry launching new partners and new products.
- You have a demonstrated interest in logistics, on-demand services, and marketplaces.

Which companies sponsor visas for customer success operations roles in Washington?
Microsoft, Amazon, Salesforce, Tableau, DocuSign, and Convoy are among the Washington employers with established records of sponsoring H-1B and other work visas for operations-focused roles. Larger enterprise software companies in the Seattle-Bellevue corridor tend to have dedicated immigration programs, which generally makes the sponsorship process more structured compared to smaller startups.
Which visa types are most common for customer success operations roles in Washington?
The H-1B is the most common visa for customer success operations professionals in Washington, particularly for roles requiring a bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or a related field. The O-1A is an option for candidates with demonstrated expertise. Australians may qualify for the E-3. Canadians and Mexicans in qualifying roles may be eligible for TN status under USMCA.
Which cities in Washington have the most customer success operations sponsorship jobs?
Seattle accounts for the largest share of customer success operations sponsorship activity in Washington, followed closely by Bellevue and Redmond, where Microsoft's headquarters is based. Smaller concentrations exist in Kirkland and Bothell. Roles are primarily clustered around the Eastside technology corridor, where most enterprise SaaS and cloud companies maintain their Pacific Northwest operations.
How to find customer success operations visa sponsorship jobs in Washington?
Migrate Mate filters job listings specifically by visa sponsorship availability, making it straightforward to browse customer success operations roles in Washington without sorting through positions that don't offer sponsorship. You can filter by state and job function to surface roles at Washington employers actively hiring internationally. This is particularly useful for narrowing down to companies with structured immigration support rather than applying broadly.
Are there state-specific considerations for customer success operations roles and visa sponsorship in Washington?
Washington has no state income tax, which affects prevailing wage calculations and overall compensation benchmarking for H-1B purposes. The Seattle metropolitan area is designated a high-cost labor market, so Department of Labor prevailing wage levels for customer success operations roles tend to reflect that. The University of Washington and Washington State University also produce graduates who enter this pipeline, creating some competition for sponsorship slots at local employers.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored customer success operations jobs in Washington?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
