Which companies in Wisconsin sponsor visas for business operations analysts?
Northwestern Mutual and Fiserv in Milwaukee are among the most consistent sponsors for business operations analyst roles, given their large analytical teams in financial services. Epic Systems in Verona regularly hires operations analysts in healthcare IT. Advocate Aurora Health and American Family Insurance also appear in Department of Labor disclosure data for H-1B visa filings in operations and analyst classifications.
Which visa types are most common for business operations analyst roles in Wisconsin?
The H-1B is the most common visa for business operations analysts in Wisconsin, as the role typically qualifies as a specialty occupation requiring a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field. Candidates with Canadian or Mexican citizenship may qualify for the TN visa under the NAFTA/USMCA professional categories. Australians may be eligible for the E-3 visa, which has no lottery and is easier to obtain.
Which cities in Wisconsin have the most business operations analyst sponsorship jobs?
Milwaukee accounts for the largest share of business operations analyst sponsorship activity in Wisconsin, driven by its concentration of financial services, insurance, and healthcare firms. Madison is the second strongest market, anchored by Epic Systems, the University of Wisconsin system, and a growing tech sector. Green Bay has a smaller but active market, particularly in manufacturing operations and food processing companies.
How to find business operations analyst visa sponsorship jobs in Wisconsin?
Migrate Mate is built specifically for international candidates and filters business operations analyst roles in Wisconsin by visa sponsorship eligibility, so you're not sifting through postings from employers who won't sponsor. The platform surfaces roles from companies with documented sponsorship histories in Wisconsin, including those in Milwaukee's financial services corridor and Madison's healthcare IT sector, saving significant time in your search.
Are there any Wisconsin-specific considerations for business operations analysts seeking visa sponsorship?
Wisconsin employers sponsoring H-1B visas for business operations analysts must pay the Department of Labor prevailing wage for the role in the specific metro area, so wages differ between Milwaukee, Madison, and smaller markets. The University of Wisconsin system serves as a significant pipeline for international graduates entering analyst roles, and UW-Madison alumni networks can be a useful entry point into Wisconsin employers with established sponsorship programs.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored business operations analyst jobs in Wisconsin?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
