We are seeking a detail-oriented Learning & Development Coordinator for a temporary, hybrid assignment expected to begin December 1, 2026. This engagement is anticipated to last 4–5 months, with the potential to extend. There may also be a future opportunity to convert to a permanent role.
What You’ll Do
- Provide day-to-day administration of the Learning Management System, including course and session setup, roster management, attendance tracking, training records, and completion reporting.
- Upload, organize, and maintain training documents and learning content while ensuring accurate data and records.
- Support virtual learning sessions, webinars, recordings, training logistics, and annual training calendars.
- Prepare compliance and learning reports, distribute surveys, compile feedback, and support recurring program communications.
- Assist with onboarding curriculum assignments, external training registrations, tuition reimbursement tracking, and general Learning & Development administration.
- Maintain learning resources, templates, forms, and shared team sites.
What We’re Looking For
- Approximately 2+ years of hands-on experience with Cornerstone LMS.
- Ability to work independently in an LMS from day one, particularly with roster management, training-document uploads, and data accuracy.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, follow-through, and communication skills.
- Experience supporting learning, training, human resources, or administrative operations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Scribe and video-editing tools
- Experience with SharePoint and virtual training platforms.
- Comfort balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
