- Contractual Leadership: Lead, negotiate, and close Professional Services Agreements (PSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and respond to complex RFIs/RFPs.

Our Approach to Flexible Work
With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote. Our approach enables our teams to deepen connections, maintain a strong community, and do their best work. We know that flexibility can take shape in many ways, so rather than a number of required days in-office each week, we simply spend at least half (50%) of our time each quarter in the office or in the field with our customers, prospects, and partners (depending on role). This means you'll have the freedom to create a flexible schedule that caters to your business, team, and personal needs, while being intentional to make the most of time spent together. Those in our remote "home office" roles also have the opportunity to come together in our offices for important moments that matter.
Pursuant to applicable Fair Chance law, Workday will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.

Which companies sponsor visas for project executives in Wyoming?
Energy and construction firms are the primary sponsors for project executive roles in Wyoming. Companies like PacifiCorp, Black Hills Energy, and large engineering and construction contractors operating on infrastructure and natural resource projects have historically filed H-1B visa petitions for senior project leadership positions. Federal contractors working on Wyoming's highways, utilities, and public facilities also sponsor international candidates for these roles periodically.
Which visa types are most common for project executive roles in Wyoming?
The H-1B is the most common visa for project executives in Wyoming, as the role typically requires a bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, construction management, or a related field, qualifying it as a specialty occupation. Candidates with extraordinary achievement in project leadership may also explore the O-1A. Those transferring within a multinational firm should consider the L-1A, which applies to managerial and executive transferees.
Which cities in Wyoming have the most project executive sponsorship jobs?
Cheyenne, as Wyoming's capital and largest city, hosts the most corporate infrastructure and government contracting activity, making it the leading city for project executive roles with sponsorship potential. Casper follows closely, driven by oil, gas, and construction project management demand. Gillette, in the Powder River Basin, attracts project leadership roles tied to mining and energy development, creating additional sponsorship opportunities in the northeast part of the state.
How to find project executive visa sponsorship jobs in Wyoming?
Migrate Mate is the most direct way to find project executive visa sponsorship jobs in Wyoming, as its job board filters specifically for roles where employers have demonstrated sponsorship willingness. Because Wyoming's market is smaller than coastal states, setting up alerts for project executive and senior program management titles across Cheyenne, Casper, and Gillette on Migrate Mate helps you act quickly when sponsored positions are posted by energy and construction firms.
What state-specific factors should project executives know before pursuing Wyoming sponsorship roles?
Wyoming's economy is heavily tied to energy, mining, and construction, so project executive candidates with experience in those industries have the strongest alignment with local employer needs. The state has no income tax, which affects total compensation comparisons. Prevailing wage requirements under H-1B rules apply based on the specific occupation and location, determined by Department of Labor data for Wyoming counties, which can differ meaningfully from national averages given the state's smaller labor market.
What is the prevailing wage for sponsored project executive jobs in Wyoming?
U.S. employers sponsoring a visa must pay at least the prevailing wage, which is what workers in the same role, area, and experience level typically earn. The Department of Labor sets this rate to make sure companies aren't hiring foreign workers simply because they'd accept lower pay than a U.S. worker. It varies by job title, location, and experience. You can look up current prevailing wage rates for any occupation and location using the OFLC Wage Search page.
