This is a true hybrid role — you'll split your time between warehouse/logistics operations and office administration. One day you might be organizing parts inventory and coordinating shipments; the next you're handling scheduling, vendor communication, or customer service. We need someone who's equally comfortable on the warehouse floor and behind a desk.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse & Logistics
● Manage inventory of replacement parts, tools, and equipment
● Oversee receiving, storage, and shipping of parts and repaired equipment
● Coordinate with technicians on parts availability for service calls
● Maintain warehouse organization, safety standards, and basic equipment upkeep
● Track and reorder stock to prevent shortages
Office Administration
● Manage day-to-day office operations and supplies
● Support scheduling for service technicians and customer appointments
● Handle vendor relationships and purchase orders
● Field customer inquiries and route them appropriately
What We're Looking For
● 2+ years of experience in warehouse/logistics, office management, or a similar operations role
● Strong organizational skills and comfort juggling multiple priorities
● Basic computer proficiency (inventory systems, scheduling software, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace)
● Clear communicator, comfortable talking with customers, vendors, and technicians
● Ability to lift 50lbs and be on your feet in a warehouse setting when needed
● Experience in equipment repair, HVAC, appliance service, or a related trade is a plus but not required
