- Post daily bank funding and process daily F/P payoffs.
- Post finance reserve statements and finance chargebacks, and clean the schedule
- Prepare weekly finance commissions.
- Post weekly warranty payable statement and factory warranty receivable statement.
- Reconcile and maintain clean warranty payable and receivable schedules.
- Perform other accounting/clerical duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Clerical experience with accounting and automotive dealership experience preferred.
- Excel experience is a must.
