ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Local Team Collaboration:
- Join our close-knit CRNA-only team at Kettering Health Troy.
- Work alongside our diverse, cohesive team driven by a shared mission to support one another genuinely.
- The facility opened in 2018 as a modern replacement for the community’s previous hospital.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Board-certified Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Two-plus years of experience – no new grads.
SCHEDULING
- 8 or 10-hour shifts available.
- Optional call.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage cysto, general, and GI cases.
LIVING AND WORKING IN TROY
- Troy is located 19 miles north of Dayton, and it is known for its seasonal strawberry festival and several museums. The community maintains parks and trails for recreational use and supports family-friendly amenities.
- Our guiding principle is patient-first care, which means we’re focused on the people of Columbus and nearby areas. You’ll be part of a team that’s making a real difference in the health of our neighbors.
REWARDS AND COMPENSATION
- W2 salary $267,500.
- 1099 salary $302,500.
- $75K commencement bonus.
- Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, 401k with matching contributions, paid malpractice insurance with tail coverage, and an annual CME allowance.
