- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, reporting systems, and financial controls.
- Maintain accurate and timely financial records in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
- Support tax compliance and other regulatory reporting requirements.
- Lead, develop, and oversee accounting staff as the organization grows.
- Assist with special projects and other financial initiatives as needed.
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- +5 years of progressive accounting and financial management experience.
- CPA designation preferred.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP standards and technical accounting concepts.
- Proficiency with financial software.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor team members while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
