Karpinske Enterprises LLC, a locally owned and operated McDonald’s organization, is looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant General Manager to join our leadership team.
This position is designed for a leader who enjoys developing people, driving restaurant results, and taking ownership of day-to-day operations. As an Assistant General Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager to lead the restaurant while developing the skills and experience needed for continued advancement within our organization.
What You’ll Do
As an Assistant General Manager, you will help lead the restaurant in the areas that matter most:
- Lead and coach managers and crew to deliver a great guest experience
- Support daily restaurant operations and shift execution
- Monitor restaurant performance and help develop plans to improve results
- Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, hospitality, and food safety
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and development of employees
- Help build and maintain effective restaurant staffing and scheduling
- Coach managers and crew while holding the team accountable to expectations
- Support inventory, food cost, labor, and other controllable restaurant expenses
- Help execute restaurant promotions, operational initiatives, and organizational priorities
- Partner with the General Manager to identify opportunities and build action plans
- Serve as a leader employees can rely on for direction, support, and consistent expectations

Previous McDonald’s experience is valuable but not required. We are interested in experienced leaders from other restaurant, hospitality, retail, and service organizations as well.
