Mobile Tech Repair is looking for an Operations Lead to help our team stay organized, keep work moving, and make sure every customer is taken care of.
This is not a “boss people around” management position. We’re looking for someone who naturally takes ownership, stays calm when things get busy, notices what needs to be done, and helps the entire team succeed.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate daily workflow, priorities, and customer needs
- Help keep repair projects moving and technicians productive
- Support customers with intake, checkout, phone calls, and basic diagnostics
- Receive parts and make sure they reach the correct repair projects
- Maintain inventory, pricing, displays, and merchandising throughout the store
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, stocked, and inviting
- Assist with device testing and basic repairs as you learn
- Identify problems before they become bigger problems
- Help the team develop a game plan when priorities change
Who We're Looking For
You’re kind, dependable, curious, honest, organized, and calm under pressure. You genuinely enjoy helping people and naturally take ownership when something needs attention.
You should also have a good eye for retail presentation and merchandising. We want someone who notices an empty display, poorly presented product, missing price, or something that simply doesn’t look right—and takes care of it.
Electronics repair experience is not required. We can teach the technical side. We care much more about your judgment, attitude, leadership, willingness to learn, and ability to work with people.
Retail leadership, merchandising, customer service, hospitality, service advising, or similar experience is a plus.
Schedule & Pay
30–35 hours per week with a flexible schedule based on the needs of the team. Saturday availability is required.
Pay: $20–$24/hour, based on experience and ability.
